Dr. Whitney Richards

Dr. Whitney Richards grew up in Las Vegas. She attended Utah State University for her undergraduate studies and then completed the Doctor of Audiology program at the University of Utah.

Whitney’s interest in hearing care was inspired by her sister, who experienced a speech disorder at a young age. Her sister’s disorder helped Whitney recognize how important effective communication is and how much it contributes to our ability to connect with the people around us. It inspired Whitney to study the practice of audiology and to help others.

Her day-to-day responsibilities as an audiologist at the House of Hearing is to evaluate and treat hearing and balance disorders. Besides the work that she loves and helping clients, Whitney enjoys being surrounded by a fun and supportive team.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exercising, and finding a good treat!
